Our simplified membership model removes the complexity of insurance, allowing us to be able to focus on what actually matters - the patient. Paying an affordable monthly fee for nearly all-inclusive primary care services allows the patient to receive more accessibility, convenience, and quality care and often ends up being cheaper in the long run even when paired with traditional insurance. Crossroads can see patients with any insurance* and even patients with no insurance are welcome.

What We Do
Crossroads is a local, independent Family Medicine Clinic located in Greenwood, IN
Dr. Cadle is board certified in Family Medicine and as a DO (Doctor of Osteopathy), is trained in, and has continued to develop her skills in osteopathic manipulations.

Crossroads Family Medicine provides preventive medicine, acute care, wellness care, and chronic disease management for all ages, from infants to elderly, using a monthly DPC membership model.

Osteopathic treatments are also available at a per session cost. No membership required.
