Dr. Cadle is the physician-owner of Crossroads Family Medicine located in Greenwood, IN. She has over 10 years of experience and practices family medicine for the whole family from infancy and beyond including women’s health needs.
As an osteopathic physician, her philosophy of care looks to the whole person for evaluation of disease processes and development of treatment plans. Her passion is to provide a listening ear and develop thorough, personalized care plans for her patients.
Dr. Cadle's Background
Dr. Cadle is a board-certified family medicine physician. She completed medical school at Michigan State University and completed her family medicine residency with the US Air Force where she was appointed residency chief of academics. Her remaining time in the military was spent at Ellsworth AFB, SD prior to moving to Indiana. After moving to Indiana, she worked as a family medicine physician in Martinsville, IN prior to opening Crossroads Family Medicine in 2024.
She enjoys being outdoors, watching Pacers games with her husband, tending to her plants and getting snuggles from her two kitties and two doggies.​​
